      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you tried rebooting your router? ( usually its best to turn it off for about 5 minutes).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I believe that error from Disney + is usually related to them detecting your IP isn't UK based.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;See you have tried a settings restart and an apps refresh.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;That error, as above &amp;nbsp;is very often related to an internet connection glitch somewhere with your connection path.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you put your Sky Stream puck into standby, do not power it off.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Then, power off your broadband router and leave off power for a minimum of half hour.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This length of time is what ISPs allow for as a reset pointer for your WAN IP to refresh.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once your broadband router is back up, bring your puck out of standby using the home key on the remote and play a linear live tv channel for about five minutes, and then after that try the Disney + app again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If that still does not help, come back here and we can look to escalate to Sky for you, for some further help.&lt;/P&gt;
