You can remove it via my sky, the sky website or by calling sky.

You can click the change TV package button on that article.

You have usually have to give 31 days notice.

I have had a UHD 2 months trial in the past, I just logged into. Mysky app and cancel, follow instructions to actual checkout and that's it. I have never given 30days notice, as long as it's done before the trial end date....
