Adding another Sky Stream box to my order

I have Sky Broadband and Sky TV due to be installed next week. I have received the Sky Stream box, but would like to add 'whole-home' to the subscription and get a second puck sent as well. When I look at my order to online, the manage order button does not work.

Do I need to wait until after the engineer has been before I can order any more?

Once you have activated your Sky Stream puck, you will then be able to add Whole Home and order another puck. It's worth noting that the Sky Stream puck works on any broadband, so if you currently have a broadband connection, you can set up the puck and start using it.
