    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4679609"&gt;@GabyL92&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;It is possible it is down to your setup. &amp;nbsp;Firstly check your internet speed, you can do this by going to Netflix and in their settings there is a speed test, you need a minimum of 25 mpbs, or ideally over 35 mpbs especially if you watch in UHD. &amp;nbsp;Secondly adjust your puck position. &amp;nbsp;Ensure it is not sat on anything other than the shelf and nothing is touching it for about 6 inches all around. &amp;nbsp;See if that sorts it. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Blank screeb but menu</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I try load any channel or app I can hear it but I get a black screen but I can see the menu, channel guide etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried resetting, even gone as far as factory resetting the puck.&amp;nbsp; Anyone got any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
