    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you - &amp;nbsp;I eventually called Sky and I think your suspicion was right (they asked for the serial number &amp;amp; post what they did at their end, then it worked post another reboot!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Sky Stream Black Screen</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't seem to view any Sky channels or content using my Sky Stream - all I see is a blank black screen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've tried restarting using the options under settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As this didn't work, I tried switching everything off (TV, Sky Internet, Sky stream box etc.) for approx 20 minutes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Then switched everything back on but still no change.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Has anyone else experienced this and please can you share how this was resolved?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try doing the recovery procedure, it sounds like your puck is stuck in a standby state.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have a read of this Sky help article, namely performing the recovery procedure on step 4;&lt;/P&gt;
