Sky Puck freezing

Hi, already raised this in the community forum. My puck is continuously freezing , was with Sky Atlantic streaming primarily but now live tv is freezing. I started a conversation with a rep previously but that just stopped no further updates from the agent, v poor service. My fibre is 500mb and is consistent (also through sky) . Bar getting a new puck has anyone managed to get this addressed?

No reason to stay with sky other than I expect I would breach T&CS by cancelling early.

Unilateral early exit from a minimum contract term, yes. Mutually agreed cancellation of that contract due to unresolved issues is different.
