Mines been doing that the last few days. It's had an update which I'm convinced has messed my box up. I've had to move my second box downstairs which still has older firmware on it. Will contact Sky about it since it's definitely the box at fault and nothing I am doing wrong. Especially since the other box works fine in the same position.

I have sky stream with ultra fast wifi, but in the past two days when watching tv it will intermittently glitch for about 2 seconds, like it's buffering. This happens across all platforms (sky tv, Netflix, bbc etc) and every few minutes.

I just moved house but it was working fine for the first few days and then it's now developed this "glitch".

When I've run diagnostics everything shows as fine.

Does anyone know what this is / how to resolve? Thanks!
