      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4675533"&gt;@JB821982&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Hi, if you haven't tried this already, go to Settings, System management, Resets &amp;amp; updates, and select App refresh. &amp;nbsp;This does take a few minutes so wait until you are returned to the Home Screen. &amp;nbsp;It is not essential but after I have done that I go straight back in but this time select Restart, again wait for it to reset and return you to the Home Screen and see if that sorts it out. &amp;nbsp;I hope so.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
