    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4675149"&gt;@Ed2toe&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Hi. &amp;nbsp;There are usually two common reasons for this problem. &amp;nbsp;The first is your internet speed. &amp;nbsp;Go to Netflix (no need to be a subscriber) and in their help settings there is an internet speed checker. &amp;nbsp;Ideally your Mbps should be over 25 for HD, 30-35 for UHD. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Secondly the puck is very sensitive, so ensure it is standing on a shelf away from any objects with about 6 inches of space around it and nothing on top of it. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;These are two easy things to check and often resolve the problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have constant picture problems since upgrading to the sky puck from Sky Q.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;waiting for programme to load / fizzy pictures and constant freezing spoils watching tv&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've reset broadband router/puck numerous times but problem persists&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
