      <title>Stream puck not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We joined Sky yesterday as new customer. Plugged in the puck and managed to set up 2 on demand channels last night. Tonight the puck is unresponsive. It's taken an hour to try to watch something, anything! Done all the stuff recommended.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Seriously unimpressed with this!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What next? Guess I'll have to contact Sky and tell them that their stuff doesn't work as promised.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
