    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am also have this problem. It loads for a few minutes then crashes with a "waiting for programme to load" message . Also done a full reset, updated software etc&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi everyone,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I’m having trouble with the HBO Max app on my Sky Stream Puck. It won’t load at all. It just hangs or fails to open.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I’ve already tried a full power cycle of the puck, restarted the Sky router, checked for software updates, and refreshed the apps, but nothing has fixed it. All my other apps are working fine.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Has anyone else had this issue recently on Sky Stream, and is there anything else I can try?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks in advance for any help.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
