      <title>Sky puck freezing &amp; crashing</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, been with Sky for 5 days &amp;amp; I am starting to regret it. Channels freeze &amp;amp; reboot, or I have to unplug to reboot. Sky catch up just crashes, as does U.&amp;nbsp; Have rebootrd every thing, speed check at 46Mbs, no equipment near it Anyone know what to do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It's the only way to find out the speed actually being received by the puck. Run it from the get help menu on Netflix. 46Mbps should be OK for running SkyOS but it would need to be stable and not fluctuate much. Sky Stream pucks are reliant on as fast and stable a connection as possible, otherwise it just won't work very well.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is now getting on my nerves. 6 times yesterday &amp;amp; still freezes on all Sky apps &amp;amp; catch up. Only apps that don't freeze are the ones I pay for. Reset everything check speed stable at about 48Mbs. No equipment close &amp;amp; open to air. Please anyone got ant ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
