      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4669394"&gt;@Shaz102&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;and welcome to the forum. &amp;nbsp;Try rebooting the puck by going into settings &amp;nbsp;&amp;gt; system management &amp;gt;resets &amp;amp; updates &amp;gt; restart device. &amp;nbsp;It will take a couple of minutes to reboot and you will have a blank screen for a period before the Sky logo appears.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the technical&amp;nbsp;fault prevents you from following this procedure then simply unplug the puck from the wall socket for a couple of minutes and then plug it back in again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
