    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've just hired sky and everything is working well, but the TV isn't. I can see my other apps on my TV but everything I do on the Sky little device for the TV just stops working. It works for a sec and then freezes. It is not my TV since I just watched Amazon on it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We get the same type of problem with our sky glass tv and our sky streaming puck ,sky replaces the puck as that was freezing and switching on and off every 15 mins or so,but still getting the same problem with the new 1!just less often .been told maybe poor wifi connection (they tested said it's good)or interference from electrical items near hub (there aren't any it's on a shelf on its own).we actually upgraded to the full fibre 5 gigafast &amp;nbsp;+ as the sky max full fibre gigafast wasn't good ,disconnecting and slow ,but it's still having problems with this new 1!!so if anyone has any tips on how to fix this please let me know&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
