topic Law & Order every week! in Sky Stream

We converted to sky streaming late year & sometimes we can issues across most Apps but why is Channel5/My5 the worst of them all? Every week we sit down to watch Law & Order & every week its a joke. Freezes every ad break. Sometimes even restarts the whole episode. Having to fiddle about with it every episode just because we can't watch it live because we work is making us rethink about watching anything on 5. Don't get probs like this with any other channel yet My5 insist it's a prob with our Internet!

Anyone got the answer?

C5 app does sometimes come up as causing issues on here for some customers.

If you have not tried already, some help to solve issues has been the following;

Try a puck settings restart;
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates

Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.

With your puck in standby, do a broadband hub/restart.

Do an apps refresh;

Press Home on your Sky remote, then highlight Settings.

Press System management, then Resets and updates, and finally Refresh apps.

You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.

Press Dismiss to return to normal viewing. Note: An apps refresh can take up to 24 hours to complete.
