    <description>&lt;P&gt;My pick keeps freezing and giving "technical issue" messages on channels at random times. I've tried all the reset options but it still does not work. All other devices work on the WiFi, so it must be a problem with the box. I would like a new box please.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
