      <description>&lt;P&gt;Keeps saying cannot connect to my router only started Saturday morning everything was great till then now using WiFi I have followed all the steps sky recommended still now joy but TV in bedroom works fine with enternet cable same router&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not being aware of the steps you mention you already tried.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Could you try&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;swapping over the pucks only and leaving the ethernet and hdmi cables in situ.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;That would show if the faulty puck is having an etherent port issue and maybe worth replacing.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry only one puck not in bedroom it also says&amp;nbsp; sometimes can't ip address only had puck one week tried to force puck to recognise entertnet cable turning off WiFi but still nothing thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
