    <description>&lt;P&gt;Having same issue that appears to be months old, on multiple pucks and playlists. Obviously sky will not be fixing this software fault - and it is not requiring puck or router resets.&amp;nbsp; &lt;STRONG&gt;Can sky give people discounts on the large fees do you think?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt; We are back to using paper to wrote down programs and episodes, as playlists are unreliable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sky - please don't ask me to give you lots of details etc. - it isn't working with other people and it is unreasonable for sky to always ask long questions when by now they know all bout this problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Lookng forward to the end of my (sadly recent) contract.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;David&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Continue Watching issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As of this morning, the "Continue Watching" seems broken, only listing shows from Netflix or the Sky branded channels.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On main Sky Glass AND pucks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All the other stuff which normally piles up in there has disappeared (Disney, BBC, 5, etc).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have done an app refresh and power cycled.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yeah i'm seeing this as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Its not just the CW rail either, when opening the rails in the playlist all of the content from 3rd Party apps has disappeared only showing sky on-demand content.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However all the shows do appear as expected when clicking the Manage All button at the bottom of the playlist page.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It's the nature of a server-based operating system which SkyOS is. You need to maintain a good constant connection to the server and refresh it regularly by restarting your puck. This should prompt the server to refresh your playlist and continue watching rail, both of which are stored on the server.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, it does seem to be an issue on the continue rail and playlist this morning.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For me any Sky On demand, Netflix and U is showing.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;No Paramount+, ITVx, 4, 5, Disney+, HBO Max, iPlayer are showing.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I tried a settings restart and that did not resolve the issue&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've reported it to the&amp;nbsp;Sky Viewer relations team to report it;&lt;BR /&gt;ViewerR@sky.uk&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Would suggest others do the same.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have combined some posts and another thread into this one.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yesterday I noticed there was a new episode of Car SOS on my playlist so I went in to watch it this morning and it's not there, Car SOS is missing from my playlist along with about 50% of my other series.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I then done a search for Car SOS which returned the series but when I select it to watch I just receive this message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've switched off at the socket for 5 minutes, performed several restarts and refreshed my apps but nothing changes and I'm still left with half of my playlist working and this message when I try to watch.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm so sick of Sky Stream and wish I'd never bought it!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Happened last night, both Stream puck and Glass Air TV showing the same Playlists, but with over 50% of our programmes missing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They've also decided to pick up some weird random series connections too - such as Rooster is now showing an episode, in the list, of a different series called Roosters. However it actually plays the correct programme. There are also a few other glitches coinciding with these faults at the same time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried restarting both, but no difference.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It seems to be a very fragile system.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have discovered something though. If I go down to the Manage All item in the main playlist tab, all of the programmes are still listed there. They are all linked to each user OK, and showing as Added if you select a programme. At least you can find programmes you were watching - even if it's a less convenient way.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
