      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was sent the log in and watched a few items . Logged in today and told to get access need to go to MySky. &amp;nbsp;My sky tells me I have it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so now stuck.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;hiw do I regain access!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
