Had puck a week and all fine in HD and UHD via live broadcasts but real issue with existing programmes. Tried Day of the Jackal episode 1, after 10min freezes but re starts, next 10 mins again freezes and re starts, next 10 mins crashes and says problem come back another time, however if I press back and then continue re starts but goes through exactly same procedure every 10 mins.
same issue on football re watch .

No issues on BBC or ITV X apps though just Sky.

reset twice and full reset as well.

per Netflix 60.88 mb speed.
