      <title>Sound cutting out</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Puck is connected with Ethernet cable. Sky service checker says everything is good. Turned the puck off at the wall and left it. Basically followed all the guidance&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But, sound is constantly dropping out when watching all channels, Netflix etc&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's not the TV either as we just a got a new one and the fault didn't change.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
