Sky Stream Picture Problems

Watching the UFC Prelims 00:34 AM 12/4/2026 and picture pixelates / freezes so I switch to the hbo max app on the Sky stream puck and no problems when I watch ufc on the app. This happens every day I watch a live event on any of the Sky / tnt channels. Done all the resets on Sky help and check for SW update. Looks like Sky has a problem with live events. Honestly thinking of cancelling. It's that frustrating. I'm now using Sky go and hbo app to watch live events instead of Sky stream tv channels. Don't get UHD but at least it's viewable.

Hi,

Thank you I got a call today from an technician after sending the email. They knew that if I change my stream puck to HD only it would resolve the issue for spy main event UHD and they are working on a solution for live events on UHD. I informed them that it also happens on live events on tnt channel 413 that are HD, like to me last night and the boxing event with Caroline Dubois in it and all previous live events this month. Not hopeful .
