    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone. I've been a Sky Q customer for a few years. We're just upgrading our Broadband with Sky to full fibre. I'm curious to know why on MY SKY I can see the Stream packages and select the add ons etc if I'm signed out but as soon as I'm signed in I get "Sorry, we're having technical difficulties" on the Stream page, although I can see everything else on the site. I'd love to get rid of the dish and take full advantage of the upgraded Broadband.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
