    <description>&lt;P&gt;It does actually sound like an internet issue. May I ask who your provider is and how you Stream Puck is connected to the internet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do 2 things in the first instance:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) On a separate device do an Internet speed test to see how stable your connection is. Speed isn't always king, if your speeds fluctuate wildly this will affect how Sky Stream performs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) Open Netflix&amp;nbsp; on the Stream puck and do a speed test there to see what speeds your puck is actually receiving.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;it doesn't happen that often but, occasionally I'm watching something and all of a sudden the programme, or film just freezes and I have to turn off the Sky stream at the mains and turn it back on to reboot. It's &amp;nbsp;strange because, I don't have any Internet problems&amp;nbsp;stream box is well ventilated and connected to the router by ethernet. It just decides to freeze occasionally.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
