      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's not that often we see issues with the Netflix &amp;nbsp;app on the community.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It can sometimes be a difficult app to easily resolve.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;A number of things to try.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You mention a refresh, that may be an apps refresh, if not your could also try an apps refresh, that can take up to 24 hours to fully complete;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL class="sc-pyfCe ekEjjI" data-skyui-core="Text@11.1.2"&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press &lt;STRONG&gt;Home&lt;/STRONG&gt; on your Sky remote, then highlight &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press &lt;STRONG&gt;System management&lt;/STRONG&gt;, then &lt;STRONG&gt;Resets and updates&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and finally &lt;STRONG&gt;Refresh apps&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press &lt;STRONG&gt;Dismiss&lt;/STRONG&gt; to return to normal viewing.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also with the apps refresh, do a broadband router/hub restart around the same time you start off the apps refresh.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There is also a reset option from the Netflix get help menu that you could try.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This may log you out of Netflix, if you were logged into your account, so you may need to re login again.&lt;/P&gt;

If you've already tried fully rebooting your Stream puck then maybe try a router reboot and re-engage the network connection.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I always have to reset all apps, every day as Netflix is just a blank screen. I've been doing this for around a year now. Disney, Paramount Plus, Prime, all other apps are fine, just Netflix.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is your search online this is seemingly a compatability issue with Sky and Netflix.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
