      <description>&lt;P&gt;My puck keeps freezing some times on the home screen or after an hour , I managed to watch th f1 for nearly 2hrs but froze then goes to a black screen. The puck gets hot and can only connect with WiFi. I have changed hdmi cables and performed a reset x3 but doesn't seem to work. I don't leave it plugged in as it gets too hot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Go to the get help menu on the Netflix app and run a network check. This will give you an idea of the speed it's getting.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4648634"&gt;@Martb&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;as previously said you need to check the speeds your puck is receiving, it's irrelevant what the app says as that information is not necessarily what the puck is receiving.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Open the Netflix app &amp;gt;Get Help &amp;gt; Check your Network, this will tell you the exact speeds the puck is receiving.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also try not to be so dismissive and abrupt when people are trying to help you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
