      <title>Unable to access Paramount+</title>

      <description>I have the free version of Paramount+ via my sky subscription. However when I find the app on Sky Stream and then press enter, selecting the option "Enter Paramount+" nothing happens. I'm currently unable to access any paramount+ content.</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;First try a puck settings restart;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Go to Settings&amp;gt;Systems Management&amp;gt;Resets &amp;amp; Updates&lt;BR /&gt;Select Restart device&lt;BR /&gt;Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You could also try an apps refresh, that can take up to 24 hours to fully complete;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL class="sc-pyfCe ekEjjI" data-skyui-core="Text@11.1.2"&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press &lt;STRONG&gt;Home&lt;/STRONG&gt; on your Sky remote, then highlight &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press &lt;STRONG&gt;System management&lt;/STRONG&gt;, then &lt;STRONG&gt;Resets and updates&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and finally &lt;STRONG&gt;Refresh apps&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press &lt;STRONG&gt;Dismiss&lt;/STRONG&gt; to return to normal viewing.&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Also with the apps refresh, do a broadband router/hub restart&lt;/P&gt;
