      <title>Stream Puck Issues</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Stream Puck,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I keep on having to unplug my stream puck to get it up and running each time I'm away from the tv for a long period, I've played around with the settings tried a different output.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it's running through a extension lead I can't change that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;tried turning off the hdmi always on,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;tried turning off standby&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;tried multiple but still having the same issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any suggestions?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4645432"&gt;@AnthonyJT7&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;go into the settings menu and choose Network in Standby and switch that on. Leave HDMI control on. The use of a mains extetion doesn't matter assuming it is good condition. Turning on the puck is easiest by pressing the home button. As it hapoened I used a puck I haven't used for several months this morning with those settings and it started like a dream.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
