Also you can try a reload of netflix: go netflix &amp;gt; profile pic &amp;gt; get help &amp;gt; reload netflix.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This will clear the cache and force a logout (ensure you know your username and password).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MikeAlanR&lt;/P&gt;</description>
