You will need to provide more information such as your ISP, broadband speed, and speed your puck is getting. You can do this by running a speed test in netflix (profile pic &amp;gt; get help &amp;gt; connectivity check).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sky say you need 25Mbps for HD, 30Mbps for UHD and 35Mbps if more than one sky streaming device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please provide more details and the community will do its best to assist.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MikeAlanR&lt;/P&gt;</description>
