As mentioned above.

On your Sky Stream go to the apps rail, click on Netflix

Follow the on-screen instructions to create a new Netflix account if you do not have one or link your current Netflix account to Sky.

Both will provide you with the free Sky Netflix offer of Netflix Standard with ads tier and later you can go into your MySky and change to a higher tier if you wish, still managed via your Sky bill.

Hi

I am a new customer of sky stream, but have a few issues.

On live TV now and again the picture will freeze for around 1 second then work fine for 30mins before doing it again.

2nd issue is my account says the sky puck is waiting for activation, even though it has been activated as I am watching TV.

3rd issue is I have not received my Netflix activation code yet.

For activation issue in MySky there has been a problem of late that Sky are aware of.

More in this thread, with an answered post from Sky.

https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Sky-Stream/SKY-PUCK-delivered-but-still-shows-awaiting-delivery/td-p/5237333

For Netflix,

Not sure what you mean by awaiting a code.

On Sky Stream, go to the Netflix app and follow the prompts.

For your freezing issues;

Most often, this is due to a poorly performing wifi connection to the Sky Stream puck.

Having a good local network is a key factor for having a reliable experience with Sky Stream.

Best way to test is via a network speed test on each of your Pucks.
Launch Netflix on your pucks (you do not need to be logged into it, if you do not use netflix) and scroll down the left menu to Get help.
Choose Check Network.
Would suggest running the test a few times, over say a half hour period during tests.
What is your speed for each puck?

Also, it may be suffering from interference, more often seen as an intermittent blip.
Not always a cure, but the following may help to resolve;
Make sure you have a good 6-8 inches free on all sides of the puck.
Do not stack the puck on top of any other device.
It is best if the puck is in the open, not tucked away in a cabinet or sat directly behind the TV.
Make sure you have no other devices that can cause interference closeby, like cordless phones, radiators, baby monitors, smart meter in home displays, microwaves and the like.

Plus, change both your pucks to following recommended settings set in Settings>
Set Network standby mode to ON.
Turn wifi OFF under Network if connected via ethernet.
