I have had the problem with the sound stopping since I've had SKY. I've called and I'v been put through three different ways of resetting the puck, even have a new one. (No difference) I now have to rest the puck on a regular basis when we lose sound.

I have checked the community posts which I feel is a cop out by SKY, a way of negating their responsibility to sort out problems with their system, and it seems that I am not the only one with the problem.

No my hub is not in the wrong place!

No the signal is not bouncing off the window causing the problem!

No it is not my TV. Amazon works just fine.

We need this sorting out.

And don't bother calling Customer Service. Treated like a child and asked to rest again even when it has been done before I call.

@Dee1702 Problem with sound can be caused by a clash between the puck and your TV or whatever kit you are usung tomplay thecaudio.

If you go into the settings on your puck and choosecsound you will see various options the default being auto which works with most systems however some can get confused. If you are using your TV's speakers chosse PCM audio which is the most basic and is in stereo. If you have a surround system experiment with the other settings.
