Sky stream has been a nightmare today, freezing crashing, keep resetting it. BBC iPlayer and channel 5 app keep crashing. Has there been a software update that has caused this?

note - 2000 mb fibre connection, puc and broadband been reset and it's not stable at all

Yes it started yesterday really bad, had glitches and crashes before, but not ever 10-15mins or so even on normal channels. This was using Ethernet so tired to change to WiFi, but the same. The sky app shows I have a problem with a pic, and poor connections, but no suggestions on what to do for this issue. Weirdly on the Netflix app, I was getting 80mb on Ethernet, when changing to WiFi now gets 500mb.

everything else in the house works fine pcs, iPads, phones, ps5 etc.

That's as expected: the Stream puck is specified as WiFi 6 but only has a 100Mbs ethernet chipset.

Think I found the issue, seems a UniFi update has changed something with ipv6, and disabling this has fixed the poor connection issue.
