topic Sound in Sky Stream

I've had sky stream for a long time and love it , but ....

recently if for example I go onto the fire stick and watch a programme or watch something from my playlists , when I go back to sky stream the sound does not work . I have to turn everything off and on, then go to settings and play about with the sound settings to get it working again .
any ideas why this is happening?

@Bobs+mum most likely it is related to the way your TV is handling the switch over and not picking up the handshake signal from the Stream puck correctly. For the HDMI connection to work correctly the TV and puck exchange information some TVs miss the message the puck sends intially as they are not ready. Putting the Fiirestick into standby before bringing the puck out of standby may work as the TV should switch properly.
