I'm trying to use the Fiit app, but after around 10 minutes into a video, I get a black screen then a message saying "Oh no! It looks like there's a problem, we are working to fix it and will be up and running soon". I reset my puck, unplug etc and then it works the next time I use it. But if I try to watch a second video, it crashes ten minutes in again. I can't be resetting the box every time I want to use an app. I'm new to sky and find it a bit rubbish so far!

Not aware of any issues of the FiiT app on Sky Glass and Stream.

Its working fine from what I see of the app.

Can you try the following;

Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.

Then try an apps refresh;

Press Home on your Sky remote, then highlight Settings.

Press System management, then Resets and updates, and finally Refresh apps.

You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.

Press Dismiss to return to normal viewing. Note: An apps refresh can take up to 24 hours to fully complete.

Would also suggest doing a restart of your broadband router/hub, with Sky Stream puck in standby, while you do so.
