Sky HD box will not turn on. It lights up briefly after plugging it back in after 10 mins but then goes off again

Hi Mark, my apologies, I have sky stream. It's the controllong box that is not working

If you do have Sky Stream and one of your Sky Stream pucks is not powering on correctly, have a read of the following Sky help article, namely performing the recovery procedure on step 4;
