    <description>&lt;P&gt;Can any assist.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Recently signed up to sky tv as changing providers to a rural fibre company and currently pick is connected to the WiFi hub and when switched off for a length of time I.e overnight or at work in the day.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it disconnects from the WiFi and when switching on says no connection even though puck is connected with Ethernet cable. No overnight power saving setting on the puck.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can someone help at all?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4636120"&gt;@samanthaa98&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just press home again until you see the home screen it's a bug. It should reconnect but you may need to try a few times. You can also try going into settings &amp;gt; start up and standby&amp;gt; turn overnight power saving OFF and network standby mode ON and see if this helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MikeAlanR&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Having the exact same issue here, it's only started over the last two weeks and normally when I get home after work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wifi is turned off, connected by ethernet, networked standby mode on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It does sometimes come back on if I keep pressing the home button but doesn't function as it should and channels are very slow to load. Only fix is to reboot.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
