Trying to watch something that I can watch on the SKY GLASS (the new TED series), in a different room on sky puck, but it won't let me. "Can't play on this device"

@BxW Did you obtain the PUCK through Sky? Do you have the Whole Home subscription?

Worth checking if you are trying to watch UHD or HD version.

If you watched the UHD version on your Sky Glass, it will likely be defaulting to the UHD version on your puck so you will need to make sure that the TV the puck is connected to supports UHD and that the settings on your puck are set correctly to play the UHD version
