      <title>Puck to samsung connection</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I am attempting to connect my puck to a 32" Samsung TV, if I do a hard reset&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Turn everything off for 10 minutes&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Unplug HDMI lead&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Turn on TV and then puck&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Plug HDMI lead back in&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Voila perfect picture&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Turn off puck and TV&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Leave for a few hours and coloured lines&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried puck on our other samsung tv's with no problem.I have had the first TV replaced with a new one still no picture. I have spoken to Samsung support and no one seems to know what the problem is. I have a feeling it's something to do with the settings on either one or both products?? Can anyone help as I am losing the will to live at the moment.&amp;nbsp; &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":rolling_on_the_floor_laughing:"&gt;🤣&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
