    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4154704"&gt;@Deemo1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It could be the location of the puck or a hardware issue. As you have more than one puck try swapping it over with one in a working location. If it works and the one you moved starts playing up it's likely an issue due to where the puck is located (i.e. poor wifi area, enclosed in a TV unit or behind tv etc).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it's still playing up, it's likely a puck issue and you need to ask sky to replace.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MikeAlanR&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My main stream puck in lounge has been putting up error messages saying no internet connection although everything else is working&lt;/P&gt;</description>
