sky puck not lit up or sly working

hi i've not been able to use my sky TV since this morning the sky pick is connected however doesn't seem to be supplying the TV with anything Wi-Fi is also fully connected please help

The Stream puck needs the WiFi, not your TV. Is the correct HDMI input selected on the TV? Have you checked the HDMI cable is fully seated in both the puck and the TV?

i have and the

wifi is also commected - just not to the tv for some reason

Why do you want the TV to receive WiFi too? Are there apps on it that you can't get on Sky Stream?
