Hi,

Since the start of this year if I start watching the 'Bloomberg :The Opening Trade' programme at say 7.15am and press 'Watch from start' to go back to 7am, the programme goes back to 6.57am on the 5th January 2026. It happens every day I have tried it over the past few months.

The watch from start feature works fine on other programmes, seems to be just this one.

I have tried resetting etc but to no avail and it is the same on both of my pucks.

Any ideas, anyone else having the same problem?

Hi @DJ777

It's likely an issue with the meta data that is being provided by the broadcaster. The best course of action is to email sky's viewer relations team and they will investigate and feedback as necessary. Their email is viewerr@sky.uk.

We are fellow customers here on the community.

MikeAlanR
