I'm having trouble using Disney plus on my stream Puck.

I'm able to navigate the menu without issue however when I select something to watch I just see a spinning blue wheel and the only way I've been able to resolve it is by unplugging the Puck for 30 seconds and restarting.

I've tried refreshing the app settings a couple of times but had no luck.

I have Disney plus as a native app on my TV which I have no issues with and no other apps on my Puck seem to have any issues so it's very confusing.

@Tjmw

Disney+ is a notoriously memory hungry app on all platforms. Have you tried tweaking the actual app settings?

Click on the little cog on the bottom left of the Disney+ home screen menu. Try changing the app settings from Automatic to Moderate if you don't pay extra for the Premium version.

Also try logging out of the app completely, then fully exit it (don't just press the Home button on the puck remote) and then reboot your puck. Try logging back into it and see if it's any better.

@Angel_Aka thank you for this. This works at first (like power cycling does), but we still have the same issue when we use the app again after the initial reboot.

I've never had this issue before with Disney+ on any other device I've used, so I'm surprised you say it is an issue on other platforms as well.
