      <title>Sky TV keeps Freezing</title>

      <description>Hi, Need some help my sky puck freezes continously, about 2 to 3 times a day and it requires a full hard reset of power off and restart. Puck is hard wired to router and WiFi settings turned to off as advised by sky engineer for hard wire. I have tried with ethernet out and only on WiFi and same issue. This is happening on both apps and live TV. Box is not overheating and has no other WiFi devices nearby. Cheers Steven.</description>
