<title>topic Sky Puck remote in Sky Stream</title>
    <link>https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Sky-Stream/Sky-Puck-remote/m-p/5222698#M69966</link>
<description>Our sky stream puck and remote worked fine for 3 months. Suddenly, the remote has to be virtually on the puck to navigate sky stream, the remote controls TV fine (volume etc) from any distance. No Internet issues stream works perfectly- we just now need the remote right up against the puck. Is this a remote control issue? Put new batteries in everything is fine, as said the TV volume and controls works perfectly.</description>
