      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;hen watching Netfix very oftern the picture freezes say 0%, then it say no internet which is not the case.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;have reset my Sky puck and refreshed my apps. The issue persists and the only way to regain function on the SKY Puck is to disconnect power and then reconnect..&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Anything lower than 40mb and you might find it a struggle.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;some tips&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- make sure the puck is out in the open&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- make sure your router is also out in the open&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

In the same menu there should be an option to clear cache.
