    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have got issues with my sky account not linking to my Netflix app. I have the package already and using the same email address from my sky app to my Netflix. When I click sign up and click on activate sky subscription with Netflix I get a blue screen then after 10 minutes it closes. I have been on with Netflix who said there are no linked accounts to sky to unlink and I've been onto sky who told me that they can't figure it out. I'm ready to cancel this as I'm paying for something I cannot access. Now on my Netflix it saying "to sign up for Netflix on this device you'll need to change your sky package" however it's the same email address that already has the Netflix package on it!!! Im going in circles with no progression from any party. I've even refreshed all apps and set my sky puck to factory setting but still have the same&lt;/P&gt;</description>
