topic Ability to power off TV at same time as Puck in Sky Stream

Is there any way to make it so that when I turn the Sky Stream Puck on and off it turns the TV on and off too? I have the remove configured but its really annoying and confusing to visitiors having to press once to turn the box off and then hold down to turn the tv off and I have HDMI Control turned on but there is a 10 second delay from pressing the button to the TV turning on.

Hi @Alan+Tiller and welcome to the forum. I see you have already programmed the remote to activate the TV and you have also turned on the HDMI control in settings. You also need to setup the TV HDMI-CEC control. This can be called different things depending on the make of the TV. I have a Samsung and it is called Anytime+ (HDMI-CEC) and is found under the Connection > External device manager options. Once that is all done you should be able to control the puck as well as the TV volume and power as follows:

To turn the Puck and TV on give a short press of either the remote power or home button. It will take about 10 seconds to fully come to life.

To turn off the TV and puck you should hold down the remote power button until the TV turns off (about 3 seconds) and then release it. The white light on the puck will turn off a couple of seconds later.

Edit - I meant to also say the 10 seconds delay when you turn on is the TV not the puck. If my TV is alredy on and I turn the puck on it is virtually instant.
