Sky Stream Performance Issues

I have three pucks and two perfrm fine but one continually "stutters" with the picture and sound stopping for a few seconds every 5 minutes. I have reset the puck to no avail. I have tried the puck in different locations, its definitiely a misbehaving puck and not my connection. How do I get a replacement as cant see how this will get sorted without one.

@Beaver60 as you have sensibly tried switching the pucks and found thst the issue follows the puck it does sound like you need that unit swapped out. Therefore I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted.
