Hi @Eggyfart and welcome to the forum. Netflix is free with the Sky streaming platform and there is no mechanism to cancel it. The only options available to you is to increase or decrease the tier you are subscribed to. The default (and free tier) with Sky is the Netflix Basic with adverts.

In addition to the advice provided by @Fothergill1 .

If you upgraded Netflix tiers through Sky, and are looking to downgrade it back to the tier which is included as part of a Sky TV subscription, you can do this via https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv/tv-packs
